What happens when the admin of a facebook group no longer has an account?

And I want to become the admin for that particular group, but the only admin remaining can’t be contacted because that person deleted their account for some reason. What should I do?

How do I create another admin account on Mac OS X without original password and without deleting original admn?

Posted in Uncategorized on July 14th, 2009 by admin

I have a limited access account on my Mac, and I need to know how to create another admin account so I can enable installations, etc that I couldn’t do without the original admin password. It is necessary that I do not delete the original administrator account in the process, and if it is possible, I am able to use the new admin account to find the password for the original admin account. Please help!

Best reply by Kahless:

Assuming there is no “root” password, you have to insert the MacOs X DVD that came with the Mac. Restart holding down the “c” key, you then then access the accounts section and add a new admin account.

How do I delete an admin on my Mac laptop when my account is an admin as well?

Posted in Uncategorized on July 6th, 2009 by admin

My dad runs my computer [and is an admin] and my account is listed as an admin as well. How do I delete his account on my computer?

Best reply by Jason Y:

Open your ‘Finder’ and go to your ‘Applications’ section and click on ‘System Preferences.’ Under ‘System,’ click on ‘Accounts.’ If the lock on the bottom left corner is locked, click on it and enter your password so you can make changes. Click on the account that you want removed, and click on the ‘-’ button just above the lock. Hope this helped.
