How do I bypass an admin account on windows vista?

Now I tried downloading some stuff, but I get this pop up that requires the admin’s password. What I need to know is how I bypass it, because I don’t want a laptop I can’t even use.

If you take it to Best Buy, they’ll be able to remove the administrator password for you (for a fee, of course). Otherwise you’d need to reinstall the entire operating system.
